Every donor lives as one shared profile. A donation through any organization updates eligibility everywhere — no more calling someone who gave blood last Tuesday.
Search results carry a colour: green for eligible now, amber with the days remaining, grey for unavailable. Volunteers stop guessing; the dispatch desk speeds up.
Bulk-import your notebooks and Messenger lists by CSV. Donors can later claim their account by phone OTP — and they re-join you automatically.
For organizations
Right now, someone in your organization is searching a Facebook group or flipping through a notebook to find a donor. That's the problem. Roktoshare fixes it.

RoktoShare is a volunteer-run platform that connects blood donors with people who need blood across Bangladesh. Instead of calling around to multiple organizations or scrolling through Facebook groups, you can post a blood request and instantly see matching donors in your area. Donors can set their availability and blood group, so when you search, you only see people who are actually eligible to donate right now. It's like having a nationwide donor directory that updates in real-time.
Yes, completely free. RoktoShare is built and maintained by volunteers to help save lives. There are no fees for donors, recipients, or organizations. We believe access to blood donors shouldn't cost money.
Not necessarily. If it's an emergency, you can submit a guest request with just your name and phone number. Your request goes live immediately. However, creating an account gives you more control—you can edit requests, track responses, and manage your donation history if you're also a donor.
Signing up takes about 2 minutes. Create an account with your email and phone number, then add your blood group, location (district and area), and whether you're currently available to donate. That's it—your profile will appear in searches when someone needs your blood type nearby. You can always update your availability later if life gets busy.
We automatically track each donor's last donation date and calculate when they're medically safe to donate again (typically 90 days). When you search for donors, you'll see a clear eligibility indicator—green means they can donate now, amber shows how many days until they're eligible again. This way, you don't waste time calling donors who've already donated recently. The system handles all the math so you don't have to.
Your privacy is in your control. By default, only owners and admins of organizations you've joined can see your phone number—you choose whether to make it public or keep it completely private. Your exact location is never shown to anyone; we only display your district and area for matching purposes. You can change these settings anytime in your profile.
That shouldn't happen often, but if it does, you can file a fraud report through the platform. We take no-shows seriously—repeated reports can lead to account suspension or badge removal. The system also lets you see a donor's history, including badges like "Verified Donor" or "Quick Responder," so you can choose donors with a track record of reliability.
Absolutely. Blood banks, hospitals, and NGOs can create organization profiles to manage their donor communities. You can bulk-import existing donor lists from Excel or CSV, track donations under your organization, and get verified to build trust with donors. Verified organizations get a badge that shows they're legitimate, making it easier to attract and coordinate donors.
A short manifesto
Blood is given by people to people. Software should turn that back into a phone call answered in time.
Roktoshare is a community coordination tool, not a medical service. In an emergency, call your nearest hospital or national emergency services first. Donor eligibility shown here is self-reported and should be confirmed at the time of donation.
